Do I have to enable ssh/telnet on all devices on the network?

Is there a way to configure ssh/telnet on just one device and all devices will be configured? or do I have to configure them all.

Chris,

You'll have to configure all of them. What you can do though is run your commands through notepad and then paste them into your devices. It'll make the configuration go much quicker.
