Does 8X1GE-V2 support mpls configuration?

anyone know if the sip SPA-8XCHT1/E1, 8X1GE-V2 SPA-1004 supports mpls configuration in asr 1004?

I don`t can configure max-reserved-bandwidth 90 por example.-

I don´t can configure:

Multilink: on serials SPA-8XCHT1/E1

mpls traffic-eng tunnels

fair-queue 64 16 0

max-reserved-bandwidth 90

ip rsvp bandwidth 1000 1000

ip rsvp resource-provider none

I´m configuring ASR 1004 with IOSxe 15.0
