Does the ASR 1002 support 1) source nat and 2) x-forwarded-for header?

Hi everyone,

I have recently taken over a network which has an ASR 1002. I need to perform source nat, ie change both the source and the destination of a packet, or alternatively enable on it x-forwarded-for http header. The router is involved in asymetric routing and the HTTP traffic needs to be sent to the destination with the original source.

On the website it says that the ASR 1000 series supports deep packet inspection, yet I could not find anything in the admin guide that could answer my question.

Plese let me know if:

1) the ASR 1002 supports source NAT

2) if it supports/reads the x-forwarded-for header

3) on which firmware version would this be possible

Many thanks, Am
