DSL Internet Load Balancing + VPN

I want to configure my Cisco Router 1811 for 2 DSL Internet Connections, both internet connections have Live IP Addresses,

I want to load balance my internal network internet traffic as well want to configure Soft VPN server on both links,

Some Remote Users will connect to one Internet Live IP and some will connect to the second one,

Currently, One Internet link is configured for Internet and VPN and working fine,

Is it possible? any Idea ?
