Hello. I have a router with two adsl lines from the same ISP. I have configured two hwic-adsl cards with the appropriate subinterfaces and dialer interfaces for load balancing. I have load balancing working fine. However when one of the two interfaces fails the router keeps on sending packages to the failed interface and as a result i have high packet loss.
I found out that the only solution to this is to shut down the failed dialer interface and then the router sends the packets to one Dialer interface only.
My question is if i can configure something to "combine" the atm and the dialer status so if the atm fails tha dialer to be down too or if i can in any way (policy routing or anything) have failover on these two links along with load balancing.
