E1 connection between Cisco 3845 and Add Drop Multiplexer

What I need to perform is to connect the ADM with a 3845 by a proper cable, so as to configure dial-in numbers with prefix and to have IP phones reachable even from outside network. That said, I need to know the characteristics of the cable and the related connector (RJ-45?), considering that the ADM connector for E1 streams is coaxial (N3 connector).
