Easy VPN from a Cisco 837 - access list help

Hi, I have a Cisco 837 at home for my Internet. I normally use the Cisco VPN client tool to connect to work, but I have this Easy VPN option.

I configured it and managed to test the connection via the SDM and it came up with my usual username and password works which all worked.

Now I was wondering if I say turned the router on and tied to connect to my works email server on 192.168.31.31 how will my router know to bing the tunnel up and not just go to the internet?

For the "interested" traffic all I see in the CLI config is:

access-list 103 remark SDM_ACL Category=4

access-list 103 permit ip 192.168.2.0 0.0.0.255 any

192.168.2.0 is my home LAN

and

crypto ipsec client ezvpn Work

connect acl 103

group HQcorp key ****

mode client

peer 1.2.3.4

virtual-interface 1

xauth userid mode http-intercept

Also how would I disconnect form work when I'm done?

Thanks

You can implement web based activation ie one for tunnel traffic and one for internet traffic.
