I wanted to configure an interface bandwidth at 15% and not allow to use "ip bandwidth percent" therefore left with the option of "bandwidth" at the interface level, i know this could be achieved by doubling the number in order to arrive at the 50% which is the required value.
My problem is that the book configured bandwidth at 30000 in order to gain the 50% needed, but wondering why this wasn't configured at 30,000,000 since we need 15million bits (15Mbps)?.
