What is the difference between bundling links and load balancing links?

Links have to be equal cost right?

And EIGRP automatically load balances across them right?

So is bundling the same thing?

I don't what building links is, but whom ever used properly meant link peering.

With EIGRP, they don't even have to be equal cost.  You can use the variance command and do unequal cost load balancing.  And yes, EIGRP by default load balances among equal cost links
