Hi,

With your setup i can see that internal router (EIGRP) -- checkpoint --(EIGRP) external router ,with this setup internal traffic from internal router needs to go checkpoint for further upstream router and checkpoint doen't support EIGRP it only supports BGP,OSPF,RIPv1and RIPv2.

so if you can run ospf then you can take a case of three router connected in two in one area and one acting as ABR.Hope to Help !!

Specifically your routers will not peer because they are not on the same subnet. You could redistribute with the checkpoint or use static routes.
