I probably do not understand your question properly. What do you want the router to do about these ports? Do you want the router to process the ports itself? If so for what purpose? Do you want the router to forward these ports? If so the router should forward these ports by default unless you have configured access lists that block them. If there are access lists then you need to tell us what is configured on the router before we can advise you what you need to change.
