Error message on 3750

Hi,

Any idea for the following errors on our 3750 switch which cause connectivity loss on ip data and voice phones.Isd this somthing to do on fiber cable connected to that port ?

""3750G GigabitEthernet2/0/2 Ethernet-Test (0 percent) violated Static Decreasing Critical threshold (95 percent, sustained count 1) on 02-Jun-2009 at 13:15:00 BST
