Imran has posted this same question in the LAN Switching and Routing forum where it has received several responses. I suggest that any further discussion be consolidated in the LAN forum.
Did you configure a new HyperTerminal window for 115200 and reconnect to the 2611 router? If not, then the previous HyperTerminal window you were using was probably still configured for 9600 baud. Here's a reference link: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/130/xmodem_generic.html
