Hi folks,
I have a VIP4 that crashed and I'm wondering, based on the crashdump info and router log, if this is likely an IOS or hardware failure. It looks like the ATM card in Bay 0 failed. Also, is this card hot-swappable? Please check out the attachment for details. Thanks.

Hi
As per the supporting docs the main reason behind the crash is Cache Partiy Exception
do find the link where the reason code is well explained..

As a remedy mentioned in the below link its been recommended to replace the DRAM or if you see reoccurance of the same problem with the same VIP better replace VIP itself.
