Fastethernet Flap

If fastethernet is flapping frequently then what could be the issue...? how to fix it.

Hi,

Recommend you to check your media first and then workout to find out if your interface is getting Jumbo packets. Larger packets sometime cause the problem..

Hi,

You can check the load of the interface with the help of "Show interface" command.

You can find the Rx & Tx of the interface.

Hi,

In a first look it seems there could be loose contact or might be the ethernet port has gone bad.

You can use "debug fastethernet {events | packets}" command for more information.
