Hi,

I have a router with one interface active with primary 192.168.1.1/24 and secondary 192.168.2.1/24 IP address.

With the follwing routes

Route 10.10.0.0/16 via 192.168.1.254 AD 1

Route 10.10.0.0/16 via 192.168.2.254 AD 10

Will the second route become active when the gateway 192.168.1.254 unavailable?

No. Since you have both subnets on the same interface, the higher priority route will always be used, as there is no interface condition that would affect it only.

You can however use the track options to monitor an object and make the route conditional.
