frame-relay traffic shaping question

when in map-class mode, what is the difference between:

Router(config-map-class)#frame-relay traffic-rate 15440000

and

Router(config-map-class)#frame-relay CIR 1544000

well ... a factor of ten!? ;-)

Now seriously both will basically give the same CIR, the difference will be in Bc, Be. Have a look at:
