Why Frame-relay is called Non-Broadcast multiaccess?

Hi,

Because unlike etherrnet, it doesn't have capability where everyone can listen to the frames sent by one machine.

Just to add a little to Smitesh's post, frame-relay endpoints can all be on the same subnet, like generally found for multiple hosts on a shared Ethernet segment (i.e. both are multiaccess [or multipoint]), but broadcasts are not supported on frame relay (i.e. non-broadcast).
