Hi,
I have a LL (2mbps) one end of which is having V.35 o/p and the far(remote) end it is G.703 o/p.These are the o/p from the modem. Would they work with each other....
sample config would be more helpful...
Thanks,

Yes, they will work. On the G.703 side, uncer controller configure channel-group with as many timeslots you are given. Beside this there is no special configuration, just a normal serial line like any other.

Thanks
I am having smart serial card at V.35 side..
Which of the following would be better for the G.703 side...
VWIC-1MFT-E1
VWIC-1MFT-G703
I would only have just a plain E1 data link

VWIC-1MFT-E1 should be fine. The other type is only when you have unframed link running at 2.048 mbps. And even if it is that what you have. MFT-E1 will work anyway, but at 1.948 mbps.

Small correction: 31 timeslots is 1.984, not 1.948 Mbps.
Thanks for the rating and good luck!
