I am using Cisco packet tracer.I connected two routers using a crossover cable. My interface gigabitethernet0/0 is up while the line protocol is down (disabled) .
I used the no shutdown option.I also changed the speed and the duplex to auto mode.Still the line protocol is down. How to correct this?
Router#sh int
GigabitEthernet0/0 is up, line protocol is down (disabled)

Can you post your configuration for these 2 interfaces?
Have you added any IP address information to these interfaces? These are layer 3 interfaces and will not show as "up/up" without an IP address.

Your router does not get signal from other end make sure that you configure the IP address on the other end to be on the same network with the your router for example 192.168.1.0/30, and also check clocking,DCE show be on the service provider site and DTE on the client side
