GLBP between Cisco 2811 & Cisco 2600

If you have 2 T1s on 2 seprate router, 2811 and 2600, Can you implement GLBP between them ? Do you have to use certain version of IOS to do this ?

As far as i know, there is no platform limitations for use of a protocol, as long as they run the same protocol version (which they should anyway).

You could ensure that IOS on both boxes is up to date to prevent possible problems, but there isn't a restriction to run the same IOS version.

I run HSRP between 3750 and hybrid 6506 without any problems.
