Global Crossing has sold one of my customers an mpls network, it is basically a private network with public addressing. They have provided serial addresses for both the internet and mpls interfaces. The customer has a 515E head end and 506's at the remote sites (7). I can not see how to make this work without ethernet ip's to allow traffic for both the internet and mpls network. My idea is a second ethernet port for the routers and using route maps to route traffic accordingly, Anyone else have a better idea or know how to make the existing work?
