does anyone know the place to start with the configurations on GRE/IPSEC using EIGRP on 3360 as Main and 1821 as Remote Routers. samples or configuration setups links would be helpful

Once you can ping site to site, start configuring GRE tunnel. Then use GRE interface IPs to create IPSec crypto maps.
