I am trying to establish a GRE tunnel between 2 routers, within the path another router is performing NAT.
From the router at each end I can telnet to the distant end using the my tunnel source as my telnet source interface and the tunnel destination as my target. This works fine with each router showing a logged user with the correct source address - the GRE tunnel won't come up though
I have removed the tunnel keepalive command and everything is working OK - keepalives keep the tunnel up OK when there is no NAT in the path, as soon as NAT is introduced the keepalive holds the tunnel down
