GSR 12410 PRP Issue - Console message ZERO-MEM Failed @

Hi,

Currently I am using two PRPs. One is in Active RP while the other is showing me RP RDY. I am getting ZERO-MEM Failed @ message while connecting the console of PRP (RP RDY). The Flash IOS has been verified OK.

Can someone guide me on the issue?
