Help installing IOS from one router to another

Hello everyone,

I have two cisco 2801 routers

one is running IOS i.e c2801-advsecurityk9-mz.124-24.T7.bin

i want to copy this IOS via USB and copy to other 2801 using USB.

Plz help me with the commands to do so.
