Hi,

I want to install WIC-1DSU-T1-V2

on my router . I am looking for router capabilty with the above mentioned card , when i see the data sheets for the card it says it doesnt support 1800 series router (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/modules/ps3129/products_tech_note09186a0080093d70.shtml) where as when i see the data sheets of Cisco 1841 Router it says that it supports (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps5853/products_data_sheet0900aecd8016a59b.html) .Could any one sort out this confusion .

Hi,

The 1841 will support WIC-1DSU-T1-V2. Becz, if u see the updated document of WIC-1DSU-T1-V2, it will show u 1841 also.

The updated Cisco? T1 data service unit/channel service unit (DSU/CSU) WAN Interface Card (WIC) is an integrated, fully managed DSU/CSU for T1 or fractional T1 service. The WIC-1DSU-T1-V2 is an updated version of the WIC-1DSU-T1, offering additional supported features with the same performance.
