Help summarising routes

Hello,

I have been using GNS3 to help be refresh my mind on redistributing routes between different routing protocols, here is the topology:

Routers R5, R6, R8 and R10 have unnecessary large routing tables as they are stub areas (well I'm not sure if you can call R5 a stub area as it is RIP), what can I do to reduce the routing tables on these?

Rather than post all the configs and routing tables, let me know what I can post to help.  I wanted to make R10 a stub area but as it is a virtual link I cant, for example it's routing table is:
