It would be more effective if you gave postings a title that indicates what your issue is instead of "hi ererybody" which gives us very little information about whether we should even bother to read the post or not.
And saying "i have a problem" gives us nothing to work with other than the type of equipment. I do not know whether to suggest "make sure power is turned on" or to ask if there is a routing protocol. Please supply details of what your problem is so that we may give more effective suggestions.
