High CPU Utilization CISCO 877M DNS Server Input

Hi All,

I have having some issues with my CISCO 877M router. It is showing high CPU utilization and the users are getting intermittent/dropping out internet.

Plesae see below the "Show processes cpu" results

CPU utilization for five seconds: 100%/5%; one minute: 99%; five minutes: 99%

Disable service from router, use public DNS servers.

Apart from disabling the services, anything else we can implement to prevent the high usage of CPU from DNS Server?
