Hi,
I see that the CPU utilization is very high (around 80%) in my 7206VXR-NPE300, though none of the processes use more than 1%.
While going through some 'show' outputs, I saw that the 'CEF Drop Statistics' was incrementing. Will this have any impact in the CPU utilization?
If yes, how can this be resolved? Or this there anything else I need to check?
Regards
Subbu

What's your total interface bandwidth consumption while this is happening? (A couple hundred of bps might account for the CPU, since the bulk of it appears to be interrupt CPU.)
