High CPU

Hello,

I have a buddy that has a 2821 with a PRI in it. I don't have much information on it other then it is running 12.4(6)T2. His router hits 100 percent util on an ISDN process. I have searched and can not find out what that process does. I was hopeing someone might know what it is.
