Hosted VoIP provider, phones randomly drop

I have a hosted VoIP service to a 3rd party provider (they are run 3CX servers).  We have a few public T1s back to their network to cut down on latency running through a 2821 running the latest 12.4T image.  At random times phones and calls just drop off and will not reconnect.  I am thinking this is a NAT issue as when we setup a GRE tunnel there are no issues and all phones work.  Are there any commands I can run on the router to improve NAT when SIP is concerned?  Do I perhaps need a different image to improve SIP?  I didn't think so initially as we aren't doing anything special from our end, just mainly connecting to the provider.
