I have cisco switch 4500. Can any one tell me how enable net flow and how to find top-talker host.

By the way what is your net flow collector?. Cisco,Solar winds,Manage Engine or a different one?.

Hi Ganesh, If you are using Cisco prime infrastructure as the netflow collector u need to use yep port 9991 . The top talkers can be found in the performance dashboard in the home tab. I believe " Manage Engine Netflow analyzer " is very good tool. Shabeeb

Genesh - you need to make sure couple things.

1. what netflow is configured in your environment?

2. 2055 port is used by solarwinds, make sure that port is open in your firewall from everywhere

3. on solarwinds you can see top talker by graphical presentation. apart to that, solarwinds netflow is giving you lot of other info. too. - their one month trial is also available, try that.
