How much bandwidth is being used?

Hi,

How can I find out how much bandwidth is being used?

I have run a 'sh dsl interface'

its not the capacity.

Its the Speed

Speed (kbps): 3776(Interleave) 0(Fast) 416 (Interleave) 0 (Fast)

3776 is IN and 416 is out.
