How to change cisco boot messages

I want to change/add boot message.If you have any idea how to do it please let me know...

For example when router starts up with no config(dont want to use banner motd), I want to display some messages like what should be used as telnet and enable secret pasword.

Hi

I feel you are trying to get rid of those messages before your router boots normally.

you can use no service config to avoid the same.
