How to configure 2600 series router to have X25 over IP without X121 address?

We have an X25 SVC point to point  link  with a partner.  In this link, we use the X121 address of our partner  but we don't have an X25 address in our side.

Does anyone can tell me if it is possible to configure routers to send X25 paquets over IP  without  X121 address in a SVC point to point link, please?

It should be possible, or, you can use a fantasy address.
