How to direct data traffic to particular interfaces

My company is has a two router system, where one router uses frame-relay to our WAN, for remote offices and connects to the HQ LAN. The other router which uses frame-relay to connect to our ISP, for Internet, then connects to the LAN. We are going to a single ATM DS3. The Cisco 3825 router will have a single ATM connection and two gigethernet connections. I will have to configure 10 subinterfaces on the ATM interface. How can I configure the router to have traffic in and out of ATM subs 1&2 go to gigeth0. Then have traffic in and out of ATM subs 3-10 go to gigeth1?
