How to enable QoS on a 2811 router

Looking for commands to enable Qos on a 2811 router

What type of link do you have and what do you need QoS for ?

Just want to ask a simple question:

Do you have to enable 'mls qos trust dscp' on a router interface so that dscp values are allowed to persist through the router?

I tried to use the 'mls qos trust dscp' command on the router interface but the option is not there?

I am not even able to apply the command 'mls qos' globally to the router.
