if i configue this command:no service password-recovery .
then when i lost my password ,how can i recovery password,if it will process in normal?

Hi Friend,
Make sure before configuring this command you take the backup of your config and also if switch is in vtp transparent mode Cisco recommend that you also save a copy of the vlan.dat file in a location away from the switch.
When the password-recovery mechanism is disabled, interrupting the boot process is allowed only if the user agrees to set the system back to the default configuration.
