How to upload IOS in one RP, when we have redundant RP in place? what are the precautions we need to take before uploading an IOS in a single RP.

Command:  copy tftp://[TFTP IP address]/filename.bin slavesup-bootdisk:

Is it the only command we will use for uploading IOS to secondary RP.

Before using this command do we need to do something like shutting management IP etc.

Please confirm.

And do we need to give IP,Gateway,Mask etc. If yes waht should be that in live network. Please clarify

No need.  Just that simple

No need.  Just that simple command will allow you to transfer a file from the TFTP server to the redundant supervisor card.
