Hi Join,

Can you please confirm if the address of the TFTP server is 192.168.141.176.

In addition to this please provide the following information -

1) IP Address of the interface which is connected to TFTP server.

2) Which TFTP server are you using.

3) If the Image size is more than 32 MB try using TFTPD32. Google TFTPD32 and you can download it for free.

4) Make sure that "asa721-k8.bin" file is ther in the root folder of the TFTP server.

5) Go to folder options [control panel] and make sure that the option to hide the known file extensions is *unchecked*. If not uncheck it and check if the file name is still "asa721-k8.bin".

6) Do you get any error message on the TFTP server?

Hi Join,

Take the reference of the points mentioned in this link -

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2030/products_tech_note09186a00804708d8.shtml#t4

The proceudre if for software upgrade from Monitor> mode. So you can skip few initial points and follow the remaining procedure to load the new image.
