HQoS in 10K aggregator

Please, I need to configure different levels of QoS using PRE3 on 10K.

First, in PPPoE session to do CBWFD on different DSCPs, second, in VLANs level, to do allow bandwith reservation on one VLAN against another.

So, can anyone help me what kind of configuration I must use ?

The QoS features available provide the following services:

1)Congestion management

2)Congestion control

3)Traffic policing

4)Traffic shaping

5)Ability to handle differential services and queuing requirements
