HUP AND SPOOK

HI All!

i need link that describe the topology HUP AND SPOOK VERY BRIEFLY.this link sould contain design;implementation configuration.

Think of an old wagon wheel, or a bycycle wheel - theres a central element (the hub) that all of the spokes attach to.

As a network topology, it means that you have a central switch/router (or core of switches/routers) that all of the peripheral / edge switches/routers connect to.

Versus something like TOken-RIng, where the physical topology was a hub & spoke (sometimes called a "star") but the electrical/logical path was a ring.

Or traditional Ethernet, where there was a single long segment of coax that each host connected to .... which is a "Bus" topology.
