What is the HWIC card (exact part number)?

What is the exact IOS (post the "sh version" if you're not sure)?

Right-o.  You need a minimum of 12.4(20)T (IP Base feature set) to get to work.

You need to research the hardware supported for the specific version of ios and the specific hardware you are using.

Hi Arshad,

Hope you have not downgraded the IOS version in the process of upgrading the featureset. Post here the current and previous image names.

Hi Leo,

Thanks for reply.

As is need IP SLA feature so i have to implement c2801-advipservicesk9-mz.124-20.T.bin

but it require DRAM/FLASH 192/64 but memroy present in my Cisco 2801 is 128/64.

Clearly you have conflicting requirements. The features that you want require a version of code that requires physical resources greater than what your router has. There are only a couple of alternatives and you may not like any of the alternatives:

- you can upgrade RAM and flash.

- you can choose which of the features you can get along without (have the IP SLA without the WIC or have the WIC without the IP SLA).
