i have a problem in isdn bri

i 've throughly checked with service provider, still isdn is not working.

Global ISDN Switchtype = basic-net3

ISDN BRI0/0/0 interface

dsl 0, interface ISDN Switchtype = basic-net3

Layer 1 Status:

ACTIVE

Layer 2 Status:

TEI = 67, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED

Layer 3 Status:

0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)

Active dsl 0 CCBs = 0

The Free Channel Mask: 0x80000003

Total Allocated ISDN CCBs = 0

the sh isdn status provides good news:

Layer 1 Status:

ACTIVE

Layer 2 Status:

TEI = 67, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED

simply there is no active call at the moment.

Have you configured DDR and the command dialer map for the remote end.

If yes try

debug isdn q931

debug dialer

term mon

ping the remote site ip address

you should see DDR attempting to do a call and setting ISDN L3 Q.931 connection
