Sorry if this is off topic here. My customer has some 2960s and 3560s that they bought a few years back and now they need "IEC 60950" test reports for these units. Cisco Partner Help On Line [Incident: 090706-000240] got me what I needed for 2960 but the 3560 report was not sufficient. I kept after them but to no avail. I was referred to my CAM but it seems I don't have one as it is early in Cisco's fiscal year. My old CAM referred me Ingram who gamely gave it a shot but they failed as well. I've
attached what PHOL gave me and I need a report like the one that was given to me for the 2960 (see attached). What I need is for a 3560 product manager to read this and dig it out of his
or her desk - I think. I'm open to suggestions.
