Hi, I have server connected with the switch-A. I am facing server slow response problem. I have initiated ping (datagram-1000, repeat-1000)of the server IP from other switch. Ping output is 100 % and no drop, but I m getting few Input and Output error on Switch-A. What is the meaning of this? Please find the below log.

we can note that you have this:
Input queue: 0/2000/292/0 (size/max/drops/flushes); --> 292 drops
Received 1475209 broadcasts
241 overrun
i think this is due to this: input flow-control is off, output flow-control is on
may be we need to have flow-control on for both directions.
can you force it in your NIC and in switch interface?

Is Input or output Flow-Control effects the communication?
