hi all
when we talk about WAN Network Service like Frame-Relay or ATM, ISDN,
inside their cloud, could Ethernet Technology be exist ?
or the devices have to be all related to that technology !?
Unfortunately I am not working in ISP, I understand the Tech like how it works, but I never saw an article or video talking about WAN network cloud establishment and what is happening inside (except MPLS).
I appreciate if you can tell me some of the details about this.
thanks,

Yes (inside their cloud, could Ethernet Technology be exist ?) and no (or the devices have to be all related to that technology !?).
Details would depend on the cloud vendor and their service offerings, but cloud vendor routers can do media conversions.
Years ago, used a Tier one vendor that provided frame-relay hand-offs on one side and ATM hand-offs on the other side, with a PVC between them.
