Dear All,

I Have a multi provider datacenter.

all of them connected to my core router interfaces.

One of them is VPN who is my tunnel interface.

The second one is VSAT that is connected to my ethernet interface on core router.

The third one is connected to my Serial Interface.

these three tecnology are supported my connectivity But I need redundancy for these interfaces,

My main issue is that when the VPN downs, the VSAT getup, when the Vsat is also Down the Serial interface get up.(ABSOLUTLY AUTOMATIC)

Do you offer any solution?

Regards

Hi

How do you form the VPN tunnel ? whts the kinda media used to form the VPN ?

What i would suggest here is to configure your VSAT Ethernet interface as a backup interface under your main interface where your vpn link is connected.

For the ethernet to serial switchover you can think off configuring object tracking feature on your router.

So that once the reachability to the remote network goes off you can always have the reroute the traffic via the serial interface.

The same can be achieved using required static routes to the remote networks on your router.
